Between Blythe Bridge and Cheadle on the A521. On the right hand side when travelling North East, about one mile before Cheadle. The field is half a mile east of the red balloon symbol with an A in it.

From the A5 Shrewsbury take the A458 towards Welshpool. Go past the BP garage on the left and Pavement Gates pub, through the village of Ford. Go past the Cross Gates Inn on the right, past the road to Alberury on the right and the site is on the left.

Off the A49 between Shewsbury and Whitchurch or off the A41 between Newport and Market Drayton. Follow the signs for Hawkstone Park Golf Club from the village of Hodnet. Entrance adjacent to the golf club.

From junction 4&5 M54 at Telford, take the A442 towards Madeley. Stay on the duel carriageway which will lead you onto the A4169 (single carriageway), towards Much Wenlock. Go over two roundabouts, after the second one, the road goes of to the left and down a hill. About two thirds of the way down, the entrance to the site is on the right. If safe to do so, and only if the entrance is clear, proceed to turn in, if not, continue down the hill to the next junction on the left. DO a 'U' turn and proceed back up the hill to the entrance on the left, approx 200yds. From Much Wenlock, take the A4169, towards Ironbridge. When you arrive at a 'T' junction, approx 5 miles, turn right up the hill, the entrance to the site is on the left, approx 200yds.    CAUTION!!! The entrance to the site must be clear at all times, so not to cause a traffic hazard on the main road.

From the M54/A5 head towards Shrewsbury and follow the A5 left at Preston roundabout. Go over the Rover Severn. At the Emstrey roundabout take the B4380 (3rd exit) and go straight over the next two roundabouts. Go past the new football stadium then over the railway bridge to Meole Brace (big roundabout with traffic lights), take the 3rd exit and keep left following the B4380 past Brooklands pub on the left. At the next roundabout turn left towards Longden. Proceed for approx. 13 miles through Longden, Pulveratch, arrive at the The Green pub and take the left turn to Wentnor. In Wentnor turn left at T junction, Wentnor Inn on the right, follow for approx. two miles. At the end take a sharp left hand turn, proceed for two miles. When arriving at Medlicott there is a sharp left hand turning and the site gate is in front of you. If towing a trailer or caravan do not attempt routes from Church Stretton.

From M6 Junction 16, take the A500 (duel carriage way) towards Newcastle & Stoke, take the 1st exit sign posted Audely & Alsager and turn right at the junction onto Alsager Road. After 1 mile bear right at the mini roundabout onto B5500 towards Balterley. Take the 4th left into Limbrick Road sign posted Shraley Brook (approx. 1 mile) The turning is just before a bridge over the M6. After just over 1 mile turn right into Red Hall Lane. Pass the 'Authorised vehicles only' sign and follow track until you see the signs.

Get off the A50 at Meir Tunnel (don't go through the tunnel) on to the A520 sign posted to leek, now watch out for the speed cameras (lots of them), stay on A520 for about 2.5 miles,go straight over the traffic lights at Weston Coyney towards Leek, the after the housing estates finish take the next right into Roughcote Lane, follow this road for 2 mile (ish) till you come to a 'T' junction and go straight across down a small concrete track, site is on the right.

About 3 miles north of Leek on the road to Buxton. Just as you climb up out of the first big dip in the road, there is a lay by on the right hand side of the road, pull in there and follow the club signs through the farmyard.

Take the A34 from Stafford to Stone and turn right at the island for the A51 Lichfield Road. About half a mile ahead take the left hand turn onto the B5027 Uttoxeter Road. Turn right at the traffic lights, proceed over the level crossing and after another half mile take the left hand turn into Aston Lodge Parkway opposite Little Aston Cricket Club (do not take the turn signposted Blackies Lane). Turn right at the island onto the farm track - Aston Lodge Farm.

Halfway between Leek and Ashbourne on the A523 is the village of Waterhouses, Waterfall is about a mile north of Waterhouses, turn north off the A523 onto either Rocester Lane or Waterfall Lane, both will take you to the village of Waterfall, and follow the club signs from there.

 

 

Directions to social evenings & Meetings

Social evenings are held at the Malt 'n Hops Fenton on the last Wednesday of each month, nothing formal, just a good pint and a natter.

From Stoke, take King Street towards Longton,  after about 1 1/2 miles, the pub is on your left.

From Longton, take King Street towards Stoke, after about 1 mile, the pub is on your right.

Committee Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of the month at The Swan pub, at Whiston near Penkridge. From the centre of Penkridge, take the turning west, sign posted Whiston and Mitton.  Pass under a railway bridge, 500m later, turn right at a crossroads over a small river bridge, 200m later take a right hand fork in the road and continue for about a mile and a half, the pub will be on your right hand side.
