S&S League Results 2010 and 2011

Please find the completed Officials and League tables for the Comp Safari, CCV, RTV and TYRO's for the 2011 season. Winners of the annual trophies are shown in bold and will presented with them at the AGM to be held at The Swan at Whiston on Wednesday 25th January 2012.

Details of the ALRC classes are listed on the Scrutineering News page of this website - an extra annual award is given to the best placed S&S driver of a non ALRC vehicle in the comp safari. Plus details of how the league is made up is shown below.

To be eligible to win an Annual Trophy you must enter a
minimum of two or three events (depending on how
many are run in a year) and have signed on as an
official at one event - except for the TYRO where a
trophy will be presented to the highest placed unqualified
and qualified driver, whether they have acted as an
official or not (to promote new competitors in the club).

Points for the league will be awarded as follows:-

Competition

1st 20 points

2nd 15 points

3rd 12 points

4th 9 points

5th 6 points

6th or below 2 points

Retired 1 point

Further points will be awarded as follows:-

Officials

Clerk of Course 10 points

Any other role 5 points

Please Note:-

Points are awarded for the position the competitor
came within their ALRC class and not necessarily
the position they came in the event results - this is
to allow for the amalgamation of classes at events
where the entry numbers are low and to allow for
the use of open classes in the comp safari's.

The class trophy will be awarded to the highest
placed competitor that complies with all of the rules.

If an event is cancelled the volunteer CofC will get
5 points.
